Yes, tofu! Don’t worry it doesn’t taste like tofu at all. It just helps make everything extra smooth and light.

This dessert is my go-to when I want something chocolatey and cozy, but still want to keep things on the healthier side. Let’s get into the yumminess!

Melt the Chocolate

First things first, you’ll need to melt your dark chocolate. I usually go for the microwave method just break the chocolate into small pieces, pop it in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat it in short bursts (around 20–30 seconds), stirring in between until it’s completely smooth. You can also use a double boiler if you prefer. Just be sure to stir often and melt it gently so it doesn’t burn. Burnt chocolate can taste bitter and ruin the smooth texture we’re going for!
